By accessing or using Prosperity Business AI ("the Service"), operated by NexusAI Ventures ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prosperity Business AI provides AI-powered business assistants for customer reception, sales follow-up, and content creation. The Service includes: AI chat capabilities, lead management, content generation, and related business tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and the accuracy of business information you provide. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI employees generate suggested responses, follow-up drafts, and content based on your business information. All AI-generated content is a draft that requires your review and approval before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent or published.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content and data. You grant us a limited license to use this data to provide the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its technology, and its branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
